ERS, and its associate companies, have been manufacturing watches and watch accessories products for over 15 years. Its main office is located in Hong Kong with distribution and service centers in USA, Canada, and Asia. ERS's product designing and engineering teams are located in California of USA and Vancouver in Canada. ERS's two factories have been manufacturing fine watch and jewelry accessories and watch winder products for retailers, watches manufacturers, and consumers alike since the 80's. With more than 740 employees worldwide, ERS is one of the largest watch & jewelry accessories manufacturers internationally.

ERS's line of products include the best selling ERS automatic watch winders, fine wood watch cases, jewelry cases, jewelry and watch retailers' display system, and other jewelry and watch accessories products. ERS also manufacture private brand watch winders and accessory products for other manufacturers and major retailers. ERS products are used by many well known watch brands and manufacturers, its products can be found in many watch or jewelry stores, department stores, and specialty stores around the world.

ERS is renowned in the trade of its innovative and creative design and efficient fast turn-around manufacturing process. In addition to a full line of its own products, ERS also specialize in custom make products for clients around the world. From the very early stage of designing to manufacturing the final finished products, ERS's in house design team and its existing manufacture facility can coordinate the whole manufacturing process in a seamless efficient manner.

Because of its innovative and high quality manufacturing products, ERS was awarded by the International Trade Leader's Club (an organization with trade members from 112 countries), the 31st "International Award for Commercial Prestige - New Millennium Award - for high achievement and quality of products and services". 

Wood Products Manufacturing - piano type glossy finishing is achieved by using 15 layers of Polyurethane (PU) coating. Each layer requires hand polishing, tinting, drying and finishing. Each layer requires 2 days of handicraft labouring. 15 layers means 30 days of labour intensive workmanship to achieve the wood surface as smooth and shiny as a mirror. Wood grain visibility is fully retained. After the wood portion is refined, the semi finished parts are then transferred to the assembling division for assembling into a box by putting hinges, fabrics, PU and other materials. Most works require specialized handicraft skills so that the inner construction of the box can achieve a rich look matching the quality of the wood exterior. On line quality control is set up during each stage of the production. After the final assembly, a 100% Q.C. procedure is performed again. Any sub-standard products will be returned to the production line for repair. Those non-repairable ones will have to be thrown away.
