ERS's watch winder products are patented and design registered in major
jurisdiction worldwide, including USA/China/Hong Kong. Any infringing
manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, will be prosecuted by law
to the maximum extent. We have
successfully, along with Hong Kong Custom Agency and other governmental
agencies and our lawyers, initiated legal proceedings and prosecution
against at least 2 Hong Kong/China manufacturers that had copied our product designs and
product functionality. |
ERS,
along with its legal representatives,
are also in the process of initiating legal
actions against certain distributors/dealers who sell infringing products in
USA/Canada. We will
continue protect our intellectual property rights vigorously, by
engaging law professionals and governmental agencies to assist in
protecting our product designs, and will seek the maximum penalty against
those who violated our trademarks, design copyright, patents and our
intellectual property rights.. Local law calls for a maximum of 2 years in
jail and/or $50,000 fine. |
