Specifications:
(1) runs on 3V dry batteries (2 x D size alkaline batteries) or AC current from wall electricity (AC Adaptor required)
(2) The on/off switch is on the back of the case. There is a plug-in hole for a AC to DC (3V) Adaptor.
(3) LED light on the front panel lits green when the unit is on. It flashes when the unit is in sleep mode. It turns red when the power is insufficient (such as when the dry battery is below 2.2V or when AC current drops in voltage).
(4) The turning mechanism is approx. 5 turns per minute.
(5) 3 different programs are available by user selection:

Note: There is a rest period every hour (which is very different than most other brands of watch winders that rotate continuously all day). The watch will use up some stored energy during this rest period and reduce any chance of over winding the watch.
